Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to forward messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
